The way we define digital services is a service that will enhance your digital profile. At this current stage we deal with various digital services due to our flexible team that specialise in website and application design & development, responsive design, e-commerce, content management, e-mail marketing, social media marketing and SEO. We have been doing all of these services for quite a time now and have a vast portfolio to back our work up.
Application/Website Design & Development
This digital service is perhaps the main reason why we transitioned and created a sister company. We had been doing applications and websites for awhile on the side from our IT support and realised the growing market out there.
Our designers our proficient in software like photoshop, illustrator and know the basic frontend coding languages of CSS, HTML5 and jQuery. Our developers have also developed various applications and websites using languages such as PHP, Java, C++ and Ruby. If you don’t know what the above paragraph means, it means we can make you a website or application in various languages at a high standard.
We also make sure all of our design and development projects are responsive and fit all viewports without quality being compromised. Today 50% of internet users browser via their phone, not just websites, and thus we ensure our applications, software and websites look amazing on all viewports and devices.
It should also be noted we deal with specific sites such as e-commerce. These sites tend to be large and complex in nature, yet we really enjoy doing these sites and helping your business grow a platform to sell goods online.
Content Management
It has been claimed that recently content is the most important aspect regarding growth of a site or application. Before, to get large amounts of traffic you would have to do weird SEO hacks that didn’t make sense i.e. hiding text offscreen on your website so Google Crawlers could read it, despite it not being relevant or useful for the customers.
Therefore, what makes sites impactful and successful is content. Good quality content at frequent times, well written, and incorporates basic SEO principles. We have experience in this, a lot of our staff have their own blogs or affiliate marketing websites where they generate traffic purely of top quality content and means of marketing.
Marketing
We specialise in two types of marketing; e-mail marketing and social media marketing. The former is starting to become outdated compared to the other, but a good way to get a service out there is through an email. It is all about building a list of customers and giving them a good quality newsletter that doesn’t look like spam.
The latter with the emergence and exponential growth of social media platforms has become a powerful tool in funneling traffic to your site. In some cases, websites don’t need to use SEO because they have such an online following that all of their traffic is funneled from there. We look to build social media profiles, manage content and more importantly get them from facebook or whatever else, onto your website and services.
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Despite the emergence of social media marketing, SEO is still an incredibly powerful tool and shouldn’t be ignored. SEO tends to be a complicated concept, with many theories circling around on forums, some of which can actually be detrimental to your traffic.
We are more than aware regarding what works and what doesn’t after LOTS of trial and testing. Our knowledge has therefore helped many of our clients climb in the Google Rankings and to get customers through organic searches. However, it should be acknowledged that SEO isn’t something you can hack and you’ll be at the top of Google, it most definitely isn’t – it is a long term commitment if you want to improve your search standings.
